Highlights

  • Experience the buzz of beekeeping with a guided tour and honey tasting, immersing in the world of pollinators.
  • Don a professional beekeeping suit and engage with an active hive, gaining hands-on insights into bee behaviour.
  • Savour local raw honey during a tasting session, discovering unique flavours from various floral sources.
  • Observe bees up close with a head veil, learning about their lifecycle in a safe and engaging environment.

There are two options for corporate visits, depending on budget and time available.

1 – Air Bee n Bee is the most popular experience and starts with a tour and talk about bees and beekeeping over a morning/afternoon tea and guided honey tasting. Guests will learn about the lifecycle of these fascinating pollinators and their vital role in agriculture.

You then get into a professional full-length beekeeping suit (and gloves), light a smoker and open a hive with an active colony of honeybees. Guests have the opportunity to hold a frame of bees and observe their behaviours up close.

2 – Tour & Tasting is a tour, talk and guided honey tasting that takes an hour.
It starts with a tour alongside the hives. Wearing a head veil, you’ll be able to safely observe the activities of the bees and hear about their remarkable lifecycle. The talk continues with a demonstration showing a modern hive, followed by a guided honey tasting featuring local raw honey from different floral sources, each with its own distinctive appearance, aroma, viscosity, mouth texture and taste.

Both are wonderful insights into bees and beekeeping.

Unique, educational, and immersive agritourism experiences are available for groups of up to 80 guests. More than just a working honey farm, guests can enjoy pure honey tastings with different floral sources, learn about the lifecycle of a honeybee colony and a modern hive, and discover the art and craft of beekeeping alongside an enthusiastic and engaged beekeeper.

Guests are provided professional sting-proof safety gear to observe the hives and bees up close, allowing for great photo opportunities.
