Create Rest and Restore Therapies offers horse and nature-guided healing, creative experiences and small retreat gatherings in a peaceful rural setting.

Visitors are welcomed onto the property to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with nature and themselves. Experiences often begin with a gentle farm-style encounter where guests meet the herd and observe the natural rhythm of the horses in their paddock environment.

Horse-guided healing sessions are a unique highlight. Guests spend quiet time alongside the horses, experiencing their calm presence and intuitive connection. No horse experience is needed.

Healing with Horses is a sacred one-on-one healing experience that weaves together shamanic practice, divination, sound therapy, reiki, and intuitive guidance, held in nature with the supportive presence of horses when they feel called to participate.

Creative experiences include Paint with a pony, Nature crafting with gentle giants or join/co-create a small creative workshop/retreat, or craft a meaningful horse talisman using tactile materials and natural elements.

These nature-based experiences invite reflection, curiosity and connection. Each session offers space to pause, restore and reconnect with self, animals and the natural world.

Create Rest and Restore experiences are guided by Rowena Eastburn and are available as private sessions, small group gatherings and retreat-style wellness experiences.
