Culburra Surf Beach and it’s neighbour Warrain Beach are joined by Penguin Head (a great lookout for spotting passing whales). There is a surf club nearby, and the beach is patrolled in Summer . This beach is not recommended for families with small children or swimmers who are new to ocean swimming.
