Situated on the ground floor on the northern side of the complex, Apartment 2 features step-free access, wide hallways and a practical layout suitable for guests seeking easier mobility. The apartment offers three bedrooms comprising a king, queen, two singles and two trundles, sleeping up to eight guests, with wall-mounted televisions in all bedrooms. Quilts and pillows are provided, with linen available to bring or hire.
The accommodation includes an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, plus a main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Ducted air-conditioning throughout ensures year-round comfort. The spacious lounge room provides ample seating, a large smart television and complimentary WiFi.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, sandwich press and Nespresso coffee machine. Adjoining the open plan living area is a private verandah with outdoor seating, dining table and hooded gas barbecue, overlooking the garden and bay.
Additional features include a full internal laundry, allocated undercover carport, outdoor beach shower and shared undercover fish cleaning area. The apartment is directly opposite the Port Vincent playground and kiosk, and within easy walking distance to the main street, hotel and cafes.
