Daph’s is an intimate 20-seater restaurant in Leederville with the unique offering of open-fire cooking in full view of their guests.
Daph’s menu consists of a six-course degustation menu, where the chef has prepared the hard work for you so you can sit back and enjoy the intimate atmosphere of the restaurant and optional accompanying wines.
They love the unique offering of cooking over an open fire right in front of their guests, allowing a clear view of the action. Head chef and owner, Pepe Dart is excited by cooking with flames fuelled by Jarrah wood! The interesting flavours enhanced by open-fire cooking focused on using quality, local produce from here in Western Australia wherever possible. They don’t centre around one cuisine, they choose local produce complimented by open fire cooking.
All of their dishes can be adjusted to accommodate any dietary requirements/allergies. They also have a fully stocked bar (no BYO) and a carefully curated cocktail list.
