Darley’s Restaurant is the signature fine dining restaurant at Lilianfels Resort & Spa, overlooking the resort’s historic English gardens. The menu features seasonal, locally sourced produce, with dishes that combine modern techniques and classic flavours. The restaurant also offers a carefully selected wine list, designed to complement the menu and showcase Australian and international varietals.
The dining room seats up to 50 guests and features two ornate fireplaces, leadlight windows, crystal chandeliers, curated artworks, and luxurious furnishings.
