Dopa offers a fast, fresh, unexpected, and distinctly Japanese casual dining experience. Taking inspiration from the streets of Tokyo, Dopa brings you comfort food and convenient metropolitan living without compromising on their slow food ethos on quality, sustainability and ethical food production. The name Dopa, a shortened form of the chemical ‘dopamine’. In this case, this became an allegory for the chemically transformative experience of eating good food. Dopa provides a fun and modern casual dining experience with a Japanese twist, that all of the family can enjoy.
