Founded in 1972 by Murray and Joy Dyer, Dyers Steak Stable was born from a vision of creating a restaurant in the rustic, iconic landmark of the former stables of the British Queen Hotel. The stables themselves were built in 1863 and the hotel, dates back to mid-1850’s. This historic setting inspired the name and atmosphere of the restaurant.
