Entwine is a curated food and wine experience across the Hunter Valley, designed to offer a more relaxed and flexible way to dine and explore the region.

The Entwine Food Trail runs during the day, with chef-led food trailers permanently located at selected Hunter Valley wineries. Each trailer is operated by a local chef and offers a distinct menu designed to pair with the wines poured at that winery. Rather than committing to a long restaurant lunch, guests can move between wineries, enjoy small yet satisfying dishes, and experience a variety of flavours throughout the day.

As the sun sets, Entwine transforms into its evening experience — Sunset Feasts, held every Friday and Saturday night at Calais Estate. Sunset Feasts bring all Entwine food trailers together in one location, alongside the Entwine bar serving wines from partner wineries, beers and other beverages. The event is set within the estate’s barrel room and outdoor spaces, making it ideal for warm summer evenings, cooler nights, and wet weather alike.

With live music, a relaxed atmosphere and a strong focus on quality food and wine, Entwine offers a unique way to experience the Hunter Valley — from daytime discovery to evenings spent sharing food, wine and good company.
