Ester Spirits is a multi-award-winning distillery crafting bold, full-flavoured spirits with meticulous attention to detail. Founded by Sydney hospitality veterans Corinna and Felix, Ester Spirits is the result of years of passionate experimentation in pursuit of the perfect Negroni.
Visitors can experience expertly crafted gins, each made with precision and an uncompromising dedication to quality. The journey began with a small backyard still in Newtown, evolving into a celebrated distillery recognized on the world stage.
Ester Spirits has established a reputation for excellence, earning titles of Best in Show at the Australian Gin Awards (2025), World’s Best Navy Strength Gin (World Gin Awards 2021), World’s Best Spiced Cane (World Rum Awards 2024), and the highest-scoring Aperitif (World Drink Awards 2025).
