Only three kilometres south of Euroa sits the Euroa Arboretum, 27 hectares of native plants and vegetation providing the perfect place to relax, or enjoy a day out with family.
Walk, jog or bike along the one kilometre loop walking track, that allows you to explore the native plants. The raised boardwalk and loop track around the dam and past the wetlands provides access for folk with limited mobility.
Drop a line into the dam where you might catch a Rainbow Trout, launch your canoe and enjoy a paddle. Or take in the art work depicting the local artists vision of the theme ‘hills to the plains’ and Euroa Arboretum
The Euroa Arboretum is always open for pedestrians, so bring a picnic to enjoy under the shelters in the landscaped garden. On Mondays and Thursdays, visitors can also explore the native plant nursery. Please check the website for timings.
