Developed by Executive Chef Alejandro Saravia, Farmer’s Daughters is a three-level venue located within the prestigious 80 Collins Precinct. Working collaboratively with Victorian farmers and producers, Farmer’s Daughters provides a true farm-to-table experience, taking you on a seasonal journey from the city to the rolling hills, mountains, rivers, and beaches of the Gippsland region.
