Indulgent truffle tasting menu
For the Off Season, Fico Hobart serves a five-course winter set menu celebrating Tasmanian black truffles. Crunchy pasta with raw Cape Grim beef, scallop gnochetti in truffle beurre blanc and venison pithivier, and honey gelato crowned with shaved truffle. Are you feeling hungry? Get ready for a rich, indulgent taste of Tasmanian winter flavours. All dishes include truffle and the set menu is priced at $220 per person, for food only.
