Established in 1997, Fighting Gully Road wines combine the best of Beechworth’s influences, expertly shaped in the vineyard and perfected in the winery.
Vigneron Mark Walpole oversees all of the viticulture, winemaking, and also welcomes visitors to the newly build cellar door. Mark is passionate about Italian varietals and specialises in Sangiovese.
Open, by appointment only: If you find yourself in Beechworth looking to taste some of the best from the region, Mark would be pleased to meet you, to show you the vineyard, winery and taste some wines of interest. As a small team, there is always plenty to be done on any given day, so please call or email (ahead of time) to make an appointment for your visit.
