The town of Fingal is in the centre of Tasmania’s coal mining industry. It’s known for its wide streets, impressive 19th-century buildings and the tallest white gums in the world, which are a short 30-minute drive away.
The campground is a clean and convenient stopover spot, with two powered sites on asphalt, and plenty of non-powered grass sites. There’s water, BBQ facilities, and a few fun things for the kids to do too.
