Award-winning Flamin’ Galah Brewing Co is a vibrant independent brewery nestled in Huskisson’s industrial estate. Founded in 2018 by locals Sam and Claire Hewson, the brewery has become a much-loved community hot spot and a recognised name in Australian craft beer.
While the beers speak for themselves, what sets The Galah apart is Sam’s dedication to helping others in the industry. With a deep love for craft beer, Sam pours just as much effort into mentoring homebrewers, supporting up-and-coming professionals, and encouraging people who dream of starting their own brewing journey as he does into brewing the next great pint.
Through Flamin’ Galah’s popular YouTube channel and social media presence, Sam and Claire share practical brewing tutorials, industry tips that have reached a global audience of over 1.5 million people in the past six months. Their content has become a go-to resource for homebrewers, and curious beer lovers around the world.
Visitors to the brewery can expect a colourful, welcoming space with pink decor, lawn seating, a bustling bar, and a beer garden for 200. With 16 beers on tap, hard sodas, ginger beer, and cocktails to choose from, there’s something for everyone.
