Your horseback wine and dine tour starts with an introduction to your horse where you get to know each other before they head off to Wynwood Cellar door to visit their Wine Museum and perhaps taste some of their premium wines!

Then they mount up and ride next door to Voco Kirkton Park for a gourmet lunch or picnic then to work off your lunch through a tour of the vineyard before heading back to Hanging Tree Vineyard for your VIP wine tasting and to say goodbye to your horse for now.

Murchessons Equine wine and dine tours

Murchessons Equine wine and Dine tours are a truly unique way to tour the beautiful Pokolbin region of the Hunter Valley.

They take small private groups or couples on a wine tasting tour on horseback. They ride through the amazing scenic vineyards past mobs of kangaroos to boutique wine tasting venues, experienced and knowledgeable cellar door guide you through a tasting of their local wines.

Their guides are experienced horse people and their fabulous horses who are mostly rehabilitated rescue horses enjoy sharing horse and local knowledge with guests.
