Seasonal Ayurveda Cooking at Flow and Food is an interactive, in-person cooking session that guides you through understanding, preparing, and eating a delicious, healthy, balanced meal based on Ayurvedic principles. Guided by founder and Ayurveda Health Advisor, Tracey Murray, the workshop is an intimate experience aligned with the seasons, where you will learn about the energies and qualities of nature, the importance of digestion and how food affects you.

You will enjoy hours of cooking a nourishing, balanced, satisfying meal as a group, with staples such as dal, spiced rice, fritters, aromatic vegetables, stovetop bread, chutney, and dips.

In this full-day culinary workshop, you will plan and prepare meals with sattva (peace and clarity), develop meals using the principles of Ayurveda while creating a harmonious cooking environment, and understand the role of prana in food. You will also create a tridoshic balanced meal, explore optimal food proportions, use herbs and spices for healing and balance, and learn to manage your energy in the kitchen. You will take home a handbook with all the recipes and an introduction to Ayurveda.

Please bring an apron and a notebook.
