Step into the heart of Kangaroo Island’s native pine forest for Forest Flow, a private 2-hour contrast therapy ritual designed to awaken your senses, calm your mind, and reconnect you with nature.
On arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed by Amy Pysden, owner of Island Alive and certified Wim Hof Method Instructor. Amy will introduce the experience, share simple tips for embracing hot and cold, and then leave you in peace to enjoy your private sanctuary.
Begin in the warmth of a traditional steam sauna, infused with local eucalyptus oil to open your airways and release tension. Next, invigorate your body with an icy plunge—an energising practice proven to boost circulation, build resilience, and leave you feeling alive. Complete the cycle in the wood-fired hot tub, soaking beneath towering pines as stress melts away.
Between contrasts, relax on the forest deck, listening to birdsong and the whisper of wind through the trees. Feel moss underfoot, watch kangaroos grazing nearby, and let the magic of this secluded space restore your balance.
Forest Flow is more than a wellness session—it’s a sensory reset, a pause from the noise, and an unforgettable ritual in one of Kangaroo Island’s most enchanting landscapes.
