Transport can be arranged from Canberra Airport, Cooma bus station or other means of transport to the Horse Camp or Motel. Safety instructions and coaching are provided to all riders. Equipment, saddles and kit are all checked prior to departure.

Riders are provided with a horse suitable to their ability, a drizabone coat, helmet, swag and all the food they can eat. A well-equipped truck with kitchen and experienced bush cook meets riders each night with an established camp under canvas.
