Whether you’re freediving for the first time or already an experienced snorkeller, the SSI Level 1 Freediving Course will take you deeper than you’ve ever been on a single breath. You’ll learn breath‑holding and relaxation techniques that help you safely freedive to depths of up to 20 metres.
This program is designed for anyone with the desire to explore — from complete beginners to confident snorkellers wanting to reach new depths. You’ll build a strong foundation of knowledge and skills through theory, pool sessions and ocean dives.
All equipment, pool entry fees and online course materials are included. You’ll complete ocean training dives and, where time permits, enjoy a fun dive as well. Bring your personal items, snacks, water, sunscreen, any gear you already have, plus a towel, warm clothes and a sense of adventure.
We recommend booking in advance, as you’ll need to complete a medical form and online theory before diving.
