A full-day Rottnest Island experience by Luxury Catamaran. Join Charter 1 as they head across to Rottnest Island on this full-day adventure including sailing, snorkelling, stand-up paddling (SUP) and kayaking in one of the many picturesque bays.
This luxury catamaran is fitted full of quality snorkel gear and all the water toys you need for a magical day out. Visit magical bays brimming with marine life. Be guided by the knowledgeable crew on the many species of fish including some tropical species and corals. A delicious complimentary morning tea and lunch are both included. BYO towels, a camera, and a send of adventure!

If conditions are right, they may head to Dyer Island for morning tea – a resting place for Australian Sea Lions on the western coast of Rottnest not accessible by most boats due to it’s shallow waters. Capella’s shallow hull allows them to get in close and interact with these playful pups.
Subject to wind and weather conditions and at the discretion of the skipper as this is an exposed part of Rottnest Island which can be unpleasant in unfavourable conditions.

Charter 1
Hoist the sails for a magical experience aboard WA’s iconic yellow sailing catamaran!
Join Charter 1 from Fremantle as they take you to Rottnest and Carnac Island on their luxury sailing catamaran Capella. Join the crew for a guided snorkel tour or book a Sunset Sailing and watch the sun go down from the best vantage point there is – the Indian Ocean!
Capella is the bright yellow sailing catamaran that’s impossible to miss. Custom-designed for the ultimate charter experience with 360-degree views inside and out, she’s both stable, luxurious and comfortable.
Swim, kayak, recline in the cargo net or head to the reefs for a snorkel. Have a go on the SUP or just snooze and relax on one of the giant nets on Capella’s bows.
You are also welcome to take part in the sailing. Keep an eye out for dolphins and humpback whales migrating between September and December too!
