Gin Journey Sydney – Distillery Trail
The Gin Journey Sydney – Distillery Trail is a deliciously fun and educational gin tour through three of Sydney’s finest distilleries hosted by a gin expert with tasty drinks provided at every stop.
The tour visits Ester Spirits, Poor Toms and Unexpected Guest Distilleries.
Guests receive a masterclass in the history of Australian gin, an immersive deep dive into the native botanicals used in gin and an education in distillation all in the space of three hours.
At each stop, guests receive a gin and tonic and/or cocktail and learn all about what each distillery is producing and where they came from along the way.
This is a walking tour through one of the beating hearts of Australia’s incredible distilling scene: Marrickville.
