Unveiled on the 25th of April 2016 and located adjacent to the Anzac memorial, the Anzac Mural was commissioned by the Gladstone Ex Service Personnel Group. The Anzac Mural was designed and painted by Gladstone High School Teacher Mr John Fairburn, with assistance by local art students Brooke Cousins, Jack Gambling, Hayley Jackson and Taryn Kelly.
