Glenfern House is a stunning four-bedroom home just outside the historic town of Romsey, nestled in picturesque Macedon Ranges countryside. Once the site of Cope Williams Winery, one of the region’s original flagship wineries, it has everything you need for your next getaway. This impressive rural home offers a perfect blend of country charm and modern comfort.
The house has four bedroom, each with it’s own ensuite. There’s one king bed and three queen beds. One bedroom has wheelchair access, with handrails in the bathroom (no steps).
Other highlights include cricket oval onsite for guests, landscaped gardens with award-winning design by Dylan Alcott (2022 Australian of the Year), fire pit to toast marshmallows, stunning rural surrounds and countryside, smart television with streaming services, electric vehicle charger under the carport.
Featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious open plan living areas, laundry with washing machine and dryer, mod-cons including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, and capsule coffee machine.

- Enough space for a wheelchair to move around three sides of a double king sized bed (A pathway of 1200mm minimum width is required for wheelchair access).
- A wheelchair accessible bathroom (Entrance to bathroom must have step free greater than 5mm or a doorway threshold ramp not exceeding 1:8 for 450mm. Bathrooms dimensions must be no less than 2000mm X 2500mm. Have a hobless (step free) shower recess. Shower recess must have at least 1100 x 1100mm clear area for wheelchair access (no door). Have a slip resistant fold down seat or fixed seat in shower .Seat must be at least 900mm long.).
