This four-day discovery has you exploring the lush farming district of Gloucester, quaint country towns, meandering rivers, fresh mountain air, delightful farm gates. Visit the pristine, ancient world-heritage Gondwana Rainforest and Barrington Tops.

Day-One visit regional gardens for morning-tea and time at leisure, continuing on to their first ‘farm gate’ where the backyard barn has been converted into a cosy distillery, you will sample incredible hand-crafted gin with a flavoursome lunch. Wander the Old-England town of Stoud before arriving at Gloucester for accommodation.

Day-Two Lace-up the hiking boots, today visits the Gloucester Tops for a series of walks through open snow gum and sub-alpine woodland, cool-temperate rainforest, part of the Gondwana Rainforests, millions of years old. Keep your eye out for swamp wallabies, grey kangaroos and birdlife. Lunch will be picnic style. Late afternoon they tour the Hill View Herb Farm, sample products before a delightful dinner in this picturesque setting.

Day-Three a unique experience in the high-altitude of Barrington Tops. Visit Tasmanian Devil conservation/breeding property for a guided tour. Picinc-lunch beside a river, short walks and small country towns

Day-Four Visit the Hunter Valley Gardens time at leisure, local winery for tasting, delightful lunch, cheese shop, chocolate shop

Aussie Ark

This is an experience everyone will remember. The only Tasmanian Devil conservation property on mainland Australia. The work here is vital to the survival of their species, and the staff are genuine and passionate to help these endangered animals. You will have a guided tour of the property, walk amongst animals and ask many questions. You will also meet other endangered animals such as the spotted quoll.

Hunter Valley

We drive you through the Upper Hunter valley with many quaint country towns, learn the history of settlement in the area and its connection to the horse breeding and racing industry. Considered Australias Horse Capital. In the Lower Hunter, you will enjoy visits to at least 1 winery, delightful lunch, and local gardens.
