At the end of a beautiful tree-lined drive you’ll arrive at Granite Belt Retreat. Set on 30 acres of natural bushland, the Retreat features 19 rustic cedar cabins, a microbrewery and restaurant.
Step inside your cosy cabin with its log fire for cold nights and private verandah for cool summer days. Select from Timber Cabins, Family Cabins, Spa Cabins and Timber Suites. The self-contained Hidden House can cater to 10 guests. There’s also a number of cabins that are dog friendly.
Guests receive a delicious continental breakfast in the restaurant that includes freshly baked bread, locally produced apple juice, local jams, cereals and fruit.
The onsite Granite Belt Brewery is open daily between 10.00am and 5.00pm for tastings and sales. In house guests and day visitors can savour chef-prepared meals for lunch and dinner in the Granite Belt Retreat Restaurant.

Scattered amongst granite boulders and bushland on their 30-acre property, their 16 rustic cedar cabins are perfect for a relaxing and romantic escape.
Comfortably sleeping up to 3 adults, timber cabins feature a queen bed, single bed, full bathroom (with hairdryer), log fire and air-conditioning.
Their timber cabins offer a verandah; a lounge area with TV and DVD player; a toaster; a fridge; and tea and coffee-making facilities.
Relax on your timber cabin’s private veranda with a glass of wine or beer from the onsite brewery as you recount the day’s activities. In the cooler months, you will love snuggling up in front of your log fire. For the warmer summer months, their cabins feature air conditioners and ceiling fans.
Their famous Granite Belt Retreat breakfast basket is the perfect start to your day of exploring the large number of Stanthorpe wineries and the Granite Belt. Featuring fresh baked bread, butter, house-made muesli and jam, milk, local fruit, Summit Coffee and local apple juice.

Timber Cabin (Family)
Granite Belt Retreat’s family cabins are the perfect choice for those looking for Stanthorpe family accommodation. Equipped with everything your family needs for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the Granite Belt, each family cabin features a queen bed and bunk beds, as well as a full bathroom, including a hair dryer.
All family cabins offer a verandah and a lounge area with a TV and a DVD player, as well as a toaster, fridge and tea and coffee-making facilities. The log fire and electric blankets are sure to keep you toasty warm, even on the chilliest of Stanthorpe nights. For the warmer summer months, our cabins feature air conditioners and ceiling fans.
