A full day reef cruise departing Cairns at 11am and allows four hours on Green Island and arrives back in Cairns at 5pm. Activities include activity and snorkel presentation en route, snorkelling gear for the day or glass bottom boat tour, return coach transfers (extra), buffet lunch and self guided island walk.

“Reef Rocket” is a modern comfortable air-conditioned high speed catamaran with a relaxed atmosphere. Travel time to Green Island is 45 minutes from Cairns. Big Cat Green Island Reef Cruises

Green Island is a beautiful coral cay on Australia’s Great Barrier Reef. Snorkel, dive and swim in the warm island waters, view the spectacular reef from a semi-submarine or glass bottom boat, explore the island or just relax on the white sandy beach. Big Cat departs from Cairns three times daily.

Available activities include snorkelling, semi-submarine and glass bottom boat coral viewing tours, buffet lunch and free time to explore Green Island National Park. A range of optional activities are also on offer including snorkelling safari, snorkel experience tours, beach hire and Marineland Melanesia Nautical Museum.

Their Vessels “Big Cat” and “Reef Rocket” are modern air-conditioned catamarans offering the ultimate in comfort and features spacious interior cabins as well as the outside decks to enjoy the warm tropical climate.
