Cultured Cheese School Classes

Cultured Cheese Schools’ workshops are hands on, relaxed and designed for the beginner either looking to have a fun foodie experience or if you are wanting to learn how to make cheese at home.
We will take care of the materials, all you need to bring is a willingness to learn and be ready to make your very own cheese. You will take home everything you make including the recipe and notes from the day.
At the end of the class we will enjoy an around the world cheese plate and tasting of Atze’s Corner’s award-winning wines. Classes are limited to 20 people.
