Kangaroo Island Spirits is a gin and whisky Distillery with a cellar door, an interpretive garden and a full production unit. They have an experiences, and an events space where they host bookable experiences and tours.
Their tours and experiences include a Gin Blending Master Class, Premium Tastings and a Cocktail Master Class and other experiences upon request.

Kangaroo Island Spirits Gin Blending Masterclass
With botanicals that abound, perseverance that permeates, and a sense of craft that rises from the soil wherever you tread, Kangaroo Island is the perfect place to learn the art of gin blending.
This masterclass has been designed by the distillers at Australia’s first boutique gin distillery. Your gin education and blending session will be instructed by an experienced member of the KIS Team and includes a brief history of gin and the Kangaroo Island Spirits’ story. Explore the extensive range of traditional and native botanical distillates that you can select from to create your very own 200 ml bottle of gin that you will be able to take home to enjoy, as well as a 50ml sample so that you can enjoy the fruits of your labor immediately in a refreshing G&T.

Kangaroo Island Spirits Premium Tasting Tour
Taste the distilled spirit and infused character of Kangaroo Island with one of our Gin and Tonic flights. Enjoy five gins matched with tonic and garnishes. With a brief introduction from one of our team members, this seated tasting can be enjoyed at leisure and is inclusive of a distillery and/or garden tour, weather dependent.

A 45 minute guided tasting where Kangaroo Island’s weather sets the menu. Guests will enjoy a tasting flight of three Kangaroo Island Spirits whisky, gin and or liqueur, each inspired by the days weather conditions, paired with storytelling about the islands climate, priduc and people.
