Henschke is recognised for its rich heritage, innovative spirit and commitment to handcrafting exceptional wines for over 150 years. The Henschke family grape growing and winemaking tradition spans six generations, from sustainably grown vineyards in the Eden Valley, Barossa Valley and Adelaide Hills.
Henschke Cellar Door, housed in the farm’s 1950s Woolstore, featuring one of the remaining dry-stone walls of the original 1860s Grain Barn, includes a spacious tasting area, underground wine tanks, private tasting room and the Henschke Wine Room, which displays the full Henschke collection. Guests are able to choose from a number of wine selections for tasting. Bookings are recommended and tasting fees apply.
In addition, Henschke offers private experiences that provide guests with exclusive access to the most renowned Henschke vineyards, Hill of Grace and Mount Edelstone to observe the gnarled vines, then tour the historic working winery before tasting a range of distinguished Henschke wines. Bookings in advance are essential for the Hill of Grace Experience and Mount Edelstone Experience.
