One of Kiama’s prettiest cottages, Hindmarsh Park Holiday Cottage, is a unique historic, over 170 year-old weatherboard cottage right in the heart of Kiama’s central business district. Cross Shoalhaven Street to Kiama’s harbour, or a short stroll from the Cottage front gate, across Hindmarsh Park to Kiama’s restaurants, cafes, retail shops and Terrace Houses.
The Hindmarsh Park playground has had a brand new update and is loved by children of all ages. The playground is only a 30 second walk away from the Cottage front fence. It is fantastic.
Lovingly restored, the Cottage blends heritage features with comfort and luxury. It includes a wrap-around verandah, sandstock brick surrounding original 1840s fireplaces, ducted heating and cooling, high spec galley kitchen, Foxtel, NBN and manicured private gardens. Pets are considered by application only.
Hindmarsh Park Holiday Cottage is in the best possible location to be able to take in the Kiama Seaside Markets and the Music in the Park events. The Kiama central business district boasts much to do at all times; this location is hard to beat, and comes with secure parking.
