The Holbrook Bakery is locally owned and operated, and everything is baked on the premises daily using only the freshest ingredients.
You can find freshly made sandwiches, rolls or wraps, a great cup of coffee, a cake or slice, a beautiful pie, pasties or sausage roll or their famous wagon wheels.
The bakery also has an outlet in the service centre at the southern end of town so you can purchase bakery treats while fueling your vehicle.
The Holbrook Bakery has been baking in the same location since 1899.
