Designed for relaxed holiday living, the first level features a comfortable air-conditioned lounge with a large wall-mounted TV, DVD player and ceiling fan. Step out onto the partially covered front deck where you’ll find outdoor dining for six, a hooded BBQ and a handy bar fridge — perfect for long afternoon lunches.

The fully equipped kitchen includes gas cooking, a large fridge/freezer, pod coffee machine (with pods supplied) and pantry basics such as tea, sugar and cooking oil. A separate dining area seats six comfortably. The main bedroom is also on this level, complete with air conditioning, ceiling fan and nearby bathroom with walk-in shower.

Upstairs offers two additional air-conditioned bedrooms and a second bathroom, ideal for families or small groups.

Outdoors, enjoy the sparkling above-ground pool with covered deck — great for supervising the kids or relaxing with a drink. There’s a small herb garden for guest use and ample parking for cars and boats, including an extra-long carport.
