This large, spacious residence contains two large master bedrooms, each with its own LCD television, plus another two bedrooms with twin king single beds in each. Double Divan in the formal dining room.

A beautiful circa 1934 residence complete with four bedrooms with two huge master queen bedrooms, one with an ensuite, plus two additional bedrooms both with beautiful Tasmanian oak polished floors with twin king single beds in each.
The formal dining room contains a sprung double divan/bed as well as an eight seat dining setting.
There is a formal well equipped kitchen complete with wall oven, hot plates, microwave, sinkerator, sandwich maker, rice and slow cooker and small convenient dining setting.
The large formal loung contains a larger LCD television, DVD player as well as a DVD library.
The separate sunroom makes for a relaxing start to your day.
The residence can accommodate up to ten people and has a two night minimum stay requirement.
