Roaster Pip de Pulford specialises in authentic 50’s flavoursome mid / northern Italian style espresso. Having trained under Barry Constable whose knowledge of authentic espresso roasting originated in the 1950’s Florence cafe scene. You are either contemporary or authentic. Each Hyper Hyper Barista makes each cup for each customer, or they just don’t supply them.
