Are you curious about gel printing and not sure where to start? This hands-on workshop is the perfect introduction to this playful, fun and interactive printmaking technique.

Over three enjoyable hours, you’ll learn how to use a gel plate to create beautiful prints. Cover the fundamentals step-by-step, including how to create textures and experiment with layering to achieve results.

You’ll be guided through a series of demonstrations before having plenty of time to explore and experiment with support and tips throughout. This workshop is designed for complete beginners as well as anyone wanting to add another dimension to their art style or junk journalling.

All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with a collection of your own original prints to take home.

You’ll learn how to use a gel plate and basic tools, techniques for creating texture and pattern and how to work with colours and layers.

All materials and tools, including gel plate, rollers and paints are included. As well as step-by-step guidance and demonstrations. Plus you get to take home your own collection of finished prints.
