K1 is a South Australian family-owned and operated business run by Geoff Hardy, a fifth generation member of one of Australia’s most famous wine families, the Hardys. In 2020 K1 Wines winemaker Shane Harris was awarded the title of Winestate Australian Winemaker of the Year, receiving the award for the third time.
The K1 by Geoff Hardy cellar door – is located in the Kuitpo region of the Adelaide Hills. The beautifully situated cellar door overlooks the lake and vineyard and has been recognised as one of Australia’s top cellar door experiences by leading wine industry publications such as Wine Business Magazine and Selector Magazine.
