Noski Wines
Noski Wines is a family-run boutique winery, located on the rich volcanic soils of Moorak, on the southern slopes of the world-renowned Blue Lake.
The vineyard was established by Peter and Sue in 2001, with a selection of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon vines. Other select Merlot, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are sourced from the nearby Coonawarra and Wrattonbully wine regions. All grapes are hand-picked and only premium bunches selected. Their wine-making follows time-honoured traditional techniques. All wines are matured over time in French Oak for optimum body and palate.
