Kimbala Country Escape is a nature based farmstay on a working cattle property. The property is totally ‘off grid’.
Visitors will stay in the house built in the 1930’s for the ‘stockman’. The accommodation is rustic but with all the modern conveniences e.g. coffee machine, air conditioning.
The house is fully fenced with lots of grass for the kids to safely run around and play. Beyond the houseyard, there is a fire pit and unique outdoor kitchen complete with smoker and bbq. There are two outdoor baths for you to relax and take in the scenery.
Explore the acres of property with a bush walk, take in the sights and sounds of nature, with our abundant bird and wildlife populations. Make sure to bring your camera as Kimbala is a photographer’s paradise.
Settle in at night around the camp fire and make sure to look up for amazing stargazing opportunities.
Spend time with the host, you can assist with the work of the day – be it moving cattle, feeding cattle or checking the fences and paddocks. If you just want to unpack, read and ‘do nothing’, see no one, just have peace and calm – this is also the perfect place for you. As this is your holiday – you can tailor it how you want it.
