Located on a quiet street, this perfect 4,000m2 block has views of the Great Sandy Straights across to Fraser Island. With 40m of water frontage. There is also a double garage and a dam.
It is also just a short drive to the River Heads shopping village which hosts a variety of shops for your necessities. Within a 10 to 15 minute drive is the Airport, Beaches, Marina, Shopping Centre and Schools. Also just minutes up the road is the local boat ramp and barge landing for people wanting to go to King Fisher Resort, Fraser Island.
