This two-bedroom unit is situated on the top floor – three storey walk-up with a single lock-up garage, a washing machine and dryer, a 32″TV and DVD player and kitchen with a wall oven, hot plates, and dishwasher and microwave.
Wake up and watch the sunrise from your bed as the waves peel down the Superbank and take a leisurely stroll along the beachfront pathways which run from Rainbow Bay right up the coast to Currumbin, enjoy an afternoon cocktail and watch the sunset at the local surf clubs. Snapper Rocks and Greenmount surf clubs are an easy walk.
