Klipdrift Camping Ground offers large grassy sites near a nice big dam, where you can catch fish, or just sit back on the pier and admire the ducks and pelicans swimming by. You will love the peacefulness of nature here. Camping sites offered for self-contained RV’s and caravans only, who are completely self-sufficient with their own toilet/shower. The Mary River runs through Maryborough and there are some places to stop and enjoy a picnic by the waters edge. Located only 30 minutes from Hervey Bay where you will find plenty of beautiful beaches, excellent cafes and restaurants to enjoy. You can easily get access to Fraser Island from here too. Enjoy a campfire in the evenings and listen to the sounds of nature. Pets are allowed in some circumstances and must be discussed and approved with the host prior to arrival.
