BLAZE
BLAZE is an exciting group exhibition at Canberra Contemporary, featuring eight emerging artists from the Kamberri/ Canberra region and beyond. BLAZE spotlights: Asil Habara, Isaac Kozlovskis, Nathan Nhan, Eliott O’Dowd, Litia Roko, Florence Steel, Natasha Tareen and Jackson Taylor. Curated by Sophia Cai, Artistic Director and CEO of Canberra Contemporary.
These eight artists will engage with various themes, ranging from identity and autonomy to the significance of today’s algorithmic culture and its effect on socialisation. Working across diverse mediums spanning ceramics, painting, sculpture, glass, textiles, printmaking, video and installation, these artists signal an exciting direction in contemporary visual arts practices today.

Caters for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance. (This includes people using walking frames and mobility aids)

- Step free outdoor pathways (includes picnic areas, barbecues and shelters)
- A step free main entrance to the building and/or reception area (includes ramps or slopes with a maximum gradient of 1:14, otherwise are too steep for wheelchairs)
