6 day all inclusive air tour departing Brisbane and visiting the iconic towns and some of the natural wonders of outback Australia. The tour visits the heritage towns of Broken Hill and Longreach, think Qantas museum, Stockman Museum and Starlight river tour, the dinosaurs of Winton, Big Red dune and the pub in Birdsville, Flinders Ranges, Lake Eyre, Maree Man, Channel Country, William Creek, opals at Lightning Ridge, Fraser coast… there is so much to see.

Lake Eyre
Largest salt lake in Australia. Lake Eyre is actually more than one lake. Sometimes called the inland sea, the lake fills with water about every 10 years from the monsoon rains of Queensland and Northern Territory. The lake depth is only about 2 meters.

An air safari is a way of seeing the outback without having to commit to hours of outback driving and those dreaded corrugations and bogs. Air safaris are a mix of ground adventures and amazing aerial landscapes as the tours visit the iconic towns and attractions of Australia.
Adventures range across Australia starting from the home airport of Archerfield in Brisbane, Queensland. If it has an airfield, BFC Air Safaris can probably fly there.
