After two successful pop ups, Lil Miss Collins now has a permanent home right in the heart of Parramatta. Surrounded by towering office buildings, it manages a rustic feel with farmhouse-style buildings, shipping containers and brightly-colour timbered fencing. There’s a small play area for kids and the courtyard is dog-friendly too.

The breakfast menu sticks to the classics – like avo toast, eggs benedict and chia pudding – while the lunch menu has international flavours like squid Thai pasta, soft shell tacos and Portuguese chicken sandwiches. There’s a good range of vegetarian and vegan options, cold press juices and Instagrammable cocktails.
