Log Cabin Camp Venues offers accredited group accommodation and outdoor recreation experiences in the heart of Victoria’s Goldfields, only minutes from Sovereign Hill. Set among peaceful bushland, the venues provide four unique locations suitable for school camps, retreats, community groups and special events.
Log Cabin Camp in Creswick accommodates up to 160 guests and features a wide range of adventure activities. The Log Cabin Camp Homestead next-door, opened in 2022, offers comfortable group lodging for up to 44 guests.
Adekate Camp in Dean, reopened in 2024 after extensive renovations, caters for up to 125 guests and continues a long tradition of group accommodation across 3 bunkhouses nestled together on the 130-acre site.
Launching in 2025, the nearby Adekate Bush Tent Site provides a private tent-camping experience immersed in nature.
Guests can enjoy outdoor adventure activities, bushwalking, wildlife spotting and easy access to the Djuwang Baring – Creswick Trails mountain biking network. Each location offers a relaxed natural setting ideal for educational programs, team building, outdoor adventures or peaceful getaways.
