Itinerant Spirits and Black Cat Truffles present From Earth to Glass: Truffles and Spirits. An immersive dining experience celebrating premium local truffles, exceptional spirits, and seasonal flavours.
Guests will begin the evening with an Urban Truffle Hunt, accompanied by roaming truffle-infused canapés and cocktails throughout the distillery. The experience continues with a curated two-course dining experience showcasing premium truffles from Liam Downes and the team at Black Cat Truffles.
Optional cocktail pairings featuring award-winning Vansetter Vodka and Gallivanter Gin will be available alongside thoughtfully crafted non-alcoholic mocktail pairings.
