Everyone wants to be happy and free from emotional pain, yet this can feel difficult in everyday relationships. Love is not just something you hope for, it is a skill you can learn and practise.

You will explore practical and inspiring ways to develop love, compassion, and genuine care for others, including how to respond wisely to challenging people and situations. By cherishing others more deeply, you naturally reduce conflict and strengthen your relationships.

As peace and love grow in your hearts, you develop patience, empathy, acceptance, and kindness. These qualities not only improve how you relate to others, but also help you feel happier, more confident, and more at ease within yourselves.

Drop in any week. Everyone welcome.

Monday evenings with Maria Mylonas. Tuesday evenings with Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Rabten. Thursday midday with April Muirden
