Situated in the heart of the Sunshine Coast alongside Cornmeal Creek in Maroochydore, m1 Resort offers waterside apartments with balcony views of the Pacific Ocean, Maroochy River, Cornmeal Creek or the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.
m1 Resort offers large one, two and three bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchens and open-plan living areas each with furnished private balconies or patios. Each apartment has fully ducted air conditioning, full laundry facilities, TV with Foxtel Platinum Channels and a DVD player.
All guest rooms offer free super fast Wi-Fi internet access and free secure onsite parking.
Guests can relax around m1’s heated outdoor pool and BBQ area or work up a sweat in the gymnasium or games room. There are also kilometres of bike and running tracks along the ocean foreshore.
Enjoy shopping at the small boutique stores nearby, or visit the Big Top and Sunshine Plaza both just a short walk from the m1 entrance. You will also find over 30 restaurants, bars and cafes nearby.
Maroochydore’s Sunshine Coast Airport is a 15-minute drive away.

Encompassing an entire floor with direct lift access and only four apartments in the building (one per floor) with direct access to the water via a private jetty.
